We take great care in preparing and shipping your Mauna Vibes jewelry to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected, cleaned, and packaged before shipment. Processing Times for every order is 1-7 Business Days, This does not apply to Custom made Orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 United States & Canada

typically 2–10 business days via FedEx Express

International Shipping

    We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:

    • Latin America: 3–10 business days
    • Europe: 3–10 business days
    • Australia & New Zealand: 4-12 business days
    • Rest of World:  5–13 business days

    Please note: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority. See our Customs & Import Taxes page for more information.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or through the Shop app. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of your order, please contact us.

    Packaging

    Every Mauna Vibes piece is shipped in our signature luxury packaging — a beautiful keepsake box with  authenticity card. Orders are wrapped securely to prevent damage during transit. We use eco-conscious packaging materials wherever possible.

    Lost or Delayed Shipments

    While rare, delays can occur due to carrier issues or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
