Returns & Exchanges

Every Mauna Vibes creation is carefully handcrafted using authentic natural gemstones and individually inspected before shipment.

Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind, custom-made, and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, weights, photographs, and videos before placing an order.

If additional photographs, videos, measurements, or product information are desired, customers are encouraged to contact us before purchasing. We are always happy to provide additional information whenever possible.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information and agree to these policies.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Mauna Vibes is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, lost shipments, returned packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or failure to pay applicable customs duties or import taxes, any costs associated with reshipping the order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, modified, or specially commissioned items are created exclusively for you and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

Refunds

At Mauna Vibes, every piece is carefully handcrafted, individually selected, or made using unique natural gemstones. Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind, handmade, limited in quantity, or custom-created, all sales are final.

For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been placed or shipped.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

• We are unable to fulfill or ship your order.
• Your order is canceled by Mauna Vibes before shipment.
• An incorrect item was shipped, and a replacement is not available.
• Other situations where Mauna Vibes determines that a refund is appropriate.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
