Refund Policy

At Mauna Vibes, every creation is thoughtfully handcrafted using authentic natural gemstones and carefully inspected before shipment. Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind, handmade, custom-made, or produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, videos, materials, and store policies before placing an order. If additional photographs, videos, measurements, or product information are desired, we are always happy to provide them before your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

As a general policy, refunds are not available once an order has been placed or shipped.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order.
  • Your order is canceled by Mauna Vibes before shipment.
  • You receive an incorrect item, and a replacement is unavailable.
  • Another exceptional circumstance where Mauna Vibes determines that a refund is appropriate.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged, Incorrect & Non-Refundable Items

Every Mauna Vibes order is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and documented prior to shipment. As part of our quality assurance and fraud prevention procedures, we photograph and/or record each order before dispatch, including the product, packaging, shipping label, and completed package. These records help verify the condition, accuracy, and contents of every shipment before it leaves our facility.

If you believe your order arrived damaged during transit or you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.

To allow us to investigate your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the item received.
  • Clear photographs of the outer shipping box, shipping label, and all packaging materials.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Each claim is reviewed individually using the information provided by the customer together with our pre-shipment documentation, carrier tracking information, and delivery records. If the documentation confirms that an error occurred before or during shipment, Mauna Vibes will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Damage resulting from accidental impact, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, or events occurring after successful delivery is not considered shipping damage and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • One-of-a-kind creations.
  • Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale.
  • Orders refused by the recipient.
  • Orders returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Items that have been altered, resized by a third party, repaired by a third party, damaged through misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have any concerns regarding your order, we kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

For quality assurance and fraud prevention purposes, Mauna Vibes maintains detailed records of every order, which may include product photographs, videos, packaging documentation, shipping labels, customer communications, tracking information, and carrier delivery records.

These records may be used to respond to payment disputes, shipping claims, or fraud investigations.

Product Descriptions, Photography & Natural Variations

At Mauna Vibes, we are committed to presenting every product as accurately and transparently as possible. We make every effort to provide detailed descriptions, precise measurements, weights, high-quality photographs, and, whenever available, product videos to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Many of our one-of-a-kind pieces feature photographs of the exact item you will receive. For handcrafted, made-to-order, or custom creations, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece.

Because Larimar, Dominican Amber, and other gemstones are natural materials, each stone is inherently unique. Variations in color, tone, matrix, inclusions, transparency, texture, shape, and natural patterns are expected characteristics and are not considered defects. These natural differences contribute to the individuality and beauty of every creation.

While we strive to represent colors as accurately as possible using professional photography under natural daylight, studio lighting, and multiple lighting conditions, the appearance of a gemstone may vary depending on lighting environments, camera settings, screen calibration, monitor or mobile device displays, and individual viewing conditions. As a result, slight differences in color or appearance between the photographs and the product received should be expected.

All dimensions, weights, and measurements provided in our listings are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the characteristics of natural gemstones.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product information before purchasing. If you require additional photographs, videos, measurements, or further clarification regarding any item, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We are happy to provide additional information whenever possible to help you make an informed purchasing decision.

Natural variations in gemstones, artisan craftsmanship, or slight differences in appearance resulting from photography or display settings are not considered manufacturing defects and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, refund, exchange, or payment dispute
